Shipping Information

Please allow one business day for HappySacs and up to three business days for all underwear to process your order before it ships – you’ll be notified via email as soon as your order is shipped!

HappySacs

All orders of HappySacs ship from our warehouse in the United States.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the delivery of your HappySacs for orders within the continental United States.  Please allow 2-3 weeks (10-15 business days) for international orders.  

Underwear

All underwear ship from our international warehouse.  Please allow 2-4 weeks (10-20 business days) for the delivery of your underwear, but depending upon your country, delivery may be much quicker. For international orders, please allow up to 6 weeks.

If you order HappySacs and underwear together, your order will arrive in two different packages.  

If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks please contact us by replying to your specific order confirmation email and we can discuss sending out a new item or a refund.
